Step:Learn the basic step moves, safety guidelines, and proper step techniques.
Ball Class: Class is designed to strengthen abdominal and low back muscles throught a variety of exercises using a Stability ball.
Yoga:The benefits of Ashtanga Yoga are far-reaching and rapid. Detoxification, healing, and flexibility are achieved quickly through the Ashtanga Yoga system.
Cardio Circuit: Cardio Circuit is a cardiovascular workout to combine calorie expenditure and building lean body mass.
Step/Cardio Combo: A high paced step routine combined with weight exercises on a Stability ball.
Cardio Butts&Guts/Step: A half hour of high intensity cardio intervals strictly designed to burn calories and tone muscles.
Zumba: Exciting and unique latin moves and rythms.
SilverSneakers(R):Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Body Sculpt: A combination of strength exercises to help obtain a total body toning workout.
